* Terms And Conditions
1) Your group must sign up for one of our student houses for a full year [52weeks contract, of which 8 weeks are half rent [except properties in clarendon park where 52 weeks full rent shall apply]. 2) Only one bottle of champagne can be redeemed per contract signed. [This means that if 5 students sign to share a house, this will be one contract and they will receive one bottle of champagne to share between the 5 of them]. 3) You must all be students. 4) The Bottle of champagne you will be given is a 75cl bottle, of a brand of our choosing. 5) No alternative’s can be requested, and this offer has no monetary value. 6) By claiming your bottle of champagne you accept our terms and conditions for this offer. |
