Advertised Rent - What’s Included.
All rents advertised, are excluding all bills, water rates and council tax, [which if due, are payable by the tenants, directly to the appropriate service providers], except where specifically stated otherwise.
Tenants are wholly responsible for paying for the installation of any additional services and for their use/rental fee’s.
If installing new services involves any material alteration to the building structure or décor [holes being drilled etc], then tenants must first obtain written approval from the agent before any such installation goes ahead.
