Here’s how you can calculate how much you save!
Taking one of our student houses that lets for £60 Per Person, Per Week, for 5 people sharing, with 44 weeks full rent and 8 weeks half rent [non-occupancy]. This generates a total rent of:
44 (weeks full rent) *£60 (weekly rent) *5 (people sharing) = £13,200
8 (weeks half rent) *£30 (half rent) *5 (people sharing) = £1,200
[52 week contract] Total rent = £14,400
Renting {via a different agent / landlord} a student house that lets for £60 Per Person, Per Week, for 5 people sharing, that charges 52 weeks full rent, generates a total rent to pay of:
52 (weeks full rent) *£60 (weekly rent) *5 (people sharing) = £15,600
[52 week contract] Total rent = £15,600
Renting with us Saves Your Group This much Rent => £15,600 - £14,400 = £1,200

We don’t charge students any agency fee’s at all*, and we charge only half rent for 8 weeks of the summer, for our student houses†, some other agents charge agency fees [up to £200] & full rent over the whole summer period. |

Note: Our contracts are written to last for 52 Weeks, we charge 8 weeks of the summer period at half rent [as a retainer] for our student houses (non residence only unless explicitly stated otherwise), many landlords and letting agents charge full rent over the summer. This 8 weeks half rent is where you are making the saving. This does not apply to our Flats which are let to both students & professionals & all weeks are charged at full rent. Savings per group will vary according to the number of beds in a property and the weekly rent chargeable.
*We do not charge students any agency fee’s for using our services. If you sign a contract with us, all you pay us is the rent as advertised, and lodge with us the agreed security deposit, [which will be protected by a government approved scheme, at no cost to you]. All rents are excluding all bills, water rates and council tax, which if due, are payable directly to the appropriate service providers, except where explicitly stated otherwise. [This does not apply to landlords / private companies etc. whereby the fee’s for using our services are as stated in the trading terms agreed.]
†This does not apply to our Student Flats and Flats for Professionals, as for these properties full rent is charged for the whole of the contract.
∆ This offer is limited to 1 free deposit protection per house/flat per year. The fee for the deposit protection will have to be refunded to us if any of the tenants break the tenancy contract.

On request we will provide you with a full list of all the monies due (and approximate dates), so you can clearly see a breakdown of the rents due.
